Shipping policy

Charles Jonas currently offers shipping to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping options and estimates are displayed at checkout for your address.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods this may take longer; we will inform you of known delays.

2. Shipping rates

Standard shipping costs $8 USD on orders below $70 USD. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 USD or more. Express shipping costs $15 USD. The applicable options and final shipping cost are displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery

After processing, domestic delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days. Order cutoff: 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, holidays or weather.

4. Delivery issues

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, or delivery fails because of an address issue, please email sales@charlesjonas.com so we can investigate and discuss the next step. Any additional shipping cost will be explained before a replacement shipment is arranged.
